Managing the menopause day and night
For women suffering from troublesome pre-menopause or menopause symptoms, Femme 24 works in the daytime to reduce hot flushes and minimise irritability, and at night to reduce night sweats and promote restorative sleep.
Femme 24 takes account of the natural rhythms of the female body in pre-menopause or menopause, using chronobiology. The soy selected is especially high in isoflavones which work to relieve hot flushes. The day tablet and the night tablet provide an optimal daily intake of 50 mg of soy aglycone isoflavones (dose compliant with AFSSA recommendations). The day formula also contains Yam, for its calming effect and action on water retention. Magnesium, combined with Vitamin B6, reduces irritability. The night formula also contains Hops, a soothing, adaptogenic ingredient. Calcium and Vitamin D3 help maintain healthy bones.
Take 1 green tablet in the morning and 1 blue tablet in the evening with a glass of water, preferably at mealtimes. Take for 28 days, then repeat if desired.
